You read that correctly. That's the description of myself that I came up with, today. We all have the tools to improve ourselves. Take like, someone who wants to exercise but finds excuses not to, for example: - I'm too tired today. - Gyms are expensive. - Too much of a bother to take a trip to the gym. - Don't want to make a fool of myself in front of others. - Don't want to run on the street because it's dangerous.
