Obnoxiously preposterously procrastinating life in general and yoga practice

You read that correctly.
That's the description of myself that I came up with, today.

We all have the tools to improve ourselves. Take like, someone who wants to exercise but finds excuses not to, for example:
- I'm too tired today.
- Gyms are expensive.
- Too much of a bother to take a trip to the gym.
- Don't want to make a fool of myself in front of others.
- Don't want to run on the street because it's dangerous.

The list goes on. (By the way, those are the excuses I use on a daily basis.)
I mean, come on. That's what I would look like on a treadmill.

Instead, I found out this amazing thing called *drum roll* YOGA.
It's great because it makes you sweat, specially if you are on a fast-paced exercise.
The thing I love the most is; my back and neck aches are gone and these breathing exercises really work.
The other day I was at my job and had to go talk with the administrative (which I hate) and my heart was pounding too fast. So I tried breathing like in an exercise. I'm not bullshitting you. It worked!

It took me a hell of a long time to give yoga its credits, because in my mind it seemed like other people were sleeping (aka meditating).
"How the hell is that exercise??" I used to think and proceed to do HIIT (yes, I used to do that).
But then I returned home (Portugal) and had nowhere to practice. Needless to say that those extra kilos were around the corner and now I can't see my hips again. (I'm not fat shaming anyone, I'm talking specifically about myself).

This is what my yoga looks like;
Don't search for yoga gifs on google. Traumatizing experience ahead.
Anyway, I found this amazing app called "Downdog" *. Pretty sure most of people know about it, but this app makes me WISH I had started sooner. They make it such an easy and graceful experience.
You can set up the timing (from 20 up to 90 minutes of training), the level of yoga (beginner to advanced), try out aerobic or adjust the instructions settings to your taste and if you're an absolute beginner like I was, you can try out the "Intro to Yoga" (three videos).

The best thing of it all is that most of the app is free! Unless you want specific things, you don't have to pay!

Here's a preview:

The shit of it all is, no matter how good an app is, if you start finding excuses again and again, you'll end up dragging your life, just like me. *Oh noes, what an hypocrite she is!*
Nope. Just telling ya not to be like me.

Truth to be told, I haven't practiced yoga since like a week ago (ever since I went on holidays).
This is a Tatsume-shaming post, in order to see if she remembers doing it more often!!

Despite being a lazy bum, Tatsume also finds great things once in a while. Like for example, this band:

The band is called Aiolin.
This is their bio, according to them:
"The band concept is ”Violinism Revolution”.
Hikarito(Vocals, Guitar,Violin and Piano), graduated from Tokyo Art University started his band with You(Gt), Reis(Ba) and Seiya(Dr) on Feb.6th 2017.
Hikarito does all music composing, lyric, and arrangement.
AIOLIN is one of unique style rock band new comer, featured Violin with heavy rock sound.
Listeners are delivered the AIOLIN's music have a detailed knowledge of music theory and high quality of playing technic."

It's a relatively new band, but totally deserves more attention.
The visuals mixed with the violin, piano and rock makes it look like I'm having an experience that goes beyond audio.
J-rock is something else.

This is a little sidenote to a post about procrastination. I could simply not make a post and not tell you how excited I am for Aiolin!

* This is NOT a sponsored post.

Ps, I am soon going to start blowing butts to facebook because it doesn't allow me to change the name of my page. 😠😠

Take care and be yourself!
